Cancellation Policy
For any tour canceled before 72 hours prior to the tour departure date, 5% or 20 dhs per adult service charges (which ever is higher) are applicable,
If canceled within 72 hours days of the tour departure date, 100% charges are applicable. If eligible for a refund, the refund will be made within 15 working days, Refunded Amount will be calculated as per the booking status.
